What are the lease terms?
Most stylists choose 6–12 months. Shorter options may be available depending on availability.
What’s included in the weekly rate?
Utilities, Wi‑Fi, common area cleaning, and 24/7 access. Furnishing packages available.
Can I customize my suite?
Yes — paint and decor are welcome within building guidelines. We’ll review during your tour.
What licenses/insurance do I need?
A current cosmetology/esthetics license, establishment license, and proof of liability insurance are required before move‑in.
Is there a move-in fee?
No, there is a $500 refundable deposit that is due at lease signing. This fee is applied to your first month’s rent payment and you will also get 2 free weeks of rent to help setup your suite.
